Your Personal Gardening Trainer

Everyone and every plant has their own unique needs.

This is about tackling the specifics for you, customizing what applies, and moving beyond the vague broad advice.

Let’s break it down:

Everything starts with a conversation about what you want to achieve:

  • We discuss your goals, space, and experience (hint: zero experience required, only enthusiasm).

  • Based on that consultation, we determine the kind of support (1-time vs. ongoing) and level (time commitment) that fits your lifestyle and gardening goals.

Based on your needs, we'll then embark on one of two paths to get your hands a little dirtier:

Ongoing Coaching

Receive regular, continuous support to build your gardening confidence and skills over time. This path is ideal for those who want to learn and grow with consistent guidance.

Pricing starts at $50 per session.

  • Frequency based your availability, preference, and goals.

  • Passionate about natives? Eager to grow your own food? Love purple more than anything else in the world? Only have a small shady balcony to work with?

This is personal for a reason.

  • We’ll try things and see what works best for you and your space. Some things will deliver as expected, others will be surprises. Nature is a fickle mistress.

  • We’ll build out completely approachable plans for what to do and when, to build your skills and the garden you really want. Not magic, just achievable progress.

  • This could be anything from advice and a timeline for how to overhaul a scraggly lawn, to full drawings and plant lists to build out your botanical garden ambitions.

  • Great if you’re tired of looking at the same thing every day, and need a new layout idea to shake it up, or you are starting fresh in a new space, and need help coming up with the right list of plants to combine for an initial experiment.

  • Get shiny-object-syndrome, but with plants? Pretending to understand what the heck those plant labels actually mean? Let’s take a field trip.

  • Ask the internet what is wrong with your plant, get 1,000 answers, most of them contradictory. We’ll look at your ACTUAL problem together, and do our best to figure it out specifically. If it is just dead, we can have a lovely ceremony.
